Sara has been a part of the local athletic community since preschool, starting where most of us do, on the soccer field. After many years participating in dance and competing in various other sports, Sara earned the opportunity to compete with UBC Okanagan's Women's Volleyball team and obtain her Bachelors of Human Kinetics. It was here Sara earned two provincial and national titles, along with considerable recognition for her athletic ability and began to develop her love for youth sport. Sara's volleyball career highlights also include her time spent with Team BC, as well as the many player development camps she coached and led. In addition to her Bachelors, Sara is a Certified Exercise Physiologist, which allows her to work with athletes suffering with a variety of clinical conditions. Through the years of competing, coaching and physically training, Sara saw a need to start a training program that produced well rounded and balanced athletes, so she created Mint Conditioning. This program focuses on 3 factors that contribute to a successful athlete; physical fitness, healthy nutrition, and mental toughness.
